Emails About Your Order

After completing an order with us, you will receive e-mails from us regarding your order. The possible e-mails we may send you are:

 - Account Information. This e-mail is a reminder of your Pamela Mann account information. The e-mail will show your e-mail address and password. Please keep this safe somewhere and never share your private login details with anyone!


 - Order Receipt. This e-mail will show your Order Reference number and details of your items, billing address and delivery address. Please keep this somewhere safe as you will need to quote the Order Reference number should you need to contact us regarding your order.


 - Order Problem If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order (or part of your order), we will send this e-mail quoting the Order Reference number. To view the problem, you will need to log in to your Pamela Mann account and visit the "My Order History" page. You will then be given some options to resolve the problem. These options could be: "Choosing an alternative item", "Cancelling the problem item" or "Cancelling the order".


 - Refund of Items/Order Should you request a refund for any items or for the entire order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have credited your card. The e-mail will display the Order Reference number and the amount that was refunded.
