Order Tracking and Order Status
You can view your Order(s) at any time by visiting the
"my order history" page.
From here you can check the status and items of each order you have placed. The status of your order represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Below is a list of Order Status messages you might see:
- Date Placed. The date you completed payment of your order with Pamela Mann.
- Date Shipped. The order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on it's way to you!
- Stock Due Date. If you see this status message, it means that your items are waiting to be in stock.
- Order Cancelled. You will see this status message if you have requested to cancel your entire order.
- Refund Requested. You will see this status message if you have requested a refund for your item(s) or your entire order. The status message will change once we have completed the refund.
