Checkout Process

We have tried to make our checkout process as simple as possible to use.

 1.1) If you are a returning customer and havn't logged in yet, you can log in during the checkout process. We can then automatically fill in your billing address and delivery address using the details from your account.


 1.2) If you are a new and excited customer, you can create a Pamela Mann account during the checkout process. Simply, enter your e-mail address and choose a password for your Pamela Mann account. Enter your Billing address and Delivery address and we will store this information for the next time you shop with us :o)

We use your e-mail address to send you important information about your order, and is also used for when you want to log in to your Pamela Mann account. Having a Pamela Mann account means that you can store your billing and delivery address for an even faster checkout process. It also allows you to view any previous orders you have placed with us and the status of that order (whether it has been paid or dispatched etc).


 2) Order Confirmation screen. You can now review your entire order, billing address, delivery address and delivery costs. If any of your information on this page is incorrect, simply click the "Go Back" button to make any ammendments necessary.


 3) After clicking "Proceed to Payment" you will be redirected to our secure payment area. Choose a card type and enter your card details that is requested on the screen.

If this is your first order with us then we will have sent you an e-mail detailing your new Pamela Mann account information. Please keep this safe :o)


 4) The final step. After entering your card details and clicking "Next", you will be able to check the amount and your billing information. If all is correct, click "Next" and we will process your payment.


 5) Order Confirmation. After we have processed your payment, you will be see an Order Confirmation page. This will show your Order Reference number and a receipt of your order will have been e-mailed to you. Please save the Order Reference number or your e-mail receipt somewhere as you will need to quote this should you need to contact us regarding your order.
